Designed for those who have handled their own planning and simply need a professional to execute the day flawlessly. Coordination begins two weeks before your event, when I take over as the single point of contact for every vendor, confirming final details, arrival times, and deliverables so nothing falls through the cracks. I build a detailed, minute-by-minute event timeline and distribute it to your full vendor team.

On the day itself, I'm on site for up to 8 hours (more upon request) to manage setup, run the ceremony and reception according to plan, troubleshoot any issues as they arise, and oversee breakdown. This package includes walkthrough calls, printed timelines for your event guests and vendors, and my complete attention on your day. All so you, your family, and your guests can be fully present.
